How to rate your virtual assistants

Each month, we auto-score your VAs on hours and activity. But you know your team best, so we need your input on the areas only you can judge.

Go to Performance

Click Performance in the sidebar, then select the month you want to evaluate.

Review auto-scored metrics

Work Hours and Activity are already filled in from time tracking data. These reflect actual hours logged and engagement levels.

Rate the remaining areas (1-5 stars)

You'll rate each VA on:

Add optional comments

Share anything specific: what went well, areas to improve, or tasks that stood out. This feedback goes directly to our QA team for review.

Submit

Once submitted, our QA manager reviews the full evaluation (your scores + auto-scores) and finalizes it. You'll see the overall result on your dashboard.

Why it matters: Your ratings help us ensure your VAs are meeting your expectations. It also helps us coach them on areas they can improve.
